Concern Group includes Mental Health Concern, Insight Healthcare, and various projects and partnerships that are all focused around our mission, which is to improve the mental health and wellbeing of the people we serve.
We provide talking therapies nationwide, predominantly commissioned by the NHS and local authorities, as part of the IAPT (Improving Access to Psychological Therapies) programme. Currently providing 14 free-to-access talking therapy services, we are the largest not-for-profit provider in the country.
We also provide Wellbeing at Work employee assistance programmes, enabling employers to provide their staff with access to wellbeing support through a range of resources.

Our talking therapy services provide help for a variety of common mental health issues, such as depression, anxiety, panic, trauma, bereavement, and phobias. Our therapists specialise in a range of therapies, including cognitive behavioural therapy, counselling, self-help, EMDR, and interpersonal therapies.
